  • Visit the HZ Portal and open the Self Service Portal.
  • Select "Reservate" from the menu.
  • Choose the correct category and find the resource you want to reserve.
  • Select the desired date for your reservation.
  • Drag your mouse over the time slot you want to book.
  • Click "Next" to continue.
  • Review the loan conditions, check your reservation, and click "Next".
  • Fill in the required details and click "Confirm Reservation".
How can you scan a document and send it to your laptop at HZ?
  • Ensure your account has at least €0.07, even though scanning is free.
  • Tap your HZ pass on the TouchID scanner next to the printer.
  • Select "Scanning, Scan" from the menu.
  • Place your document on the feeder tray or glass plate.
  • Press "Scan and Send".
  • Choose "Scan to Me".
  • Confirm by pressing "Yes".
  • Press the "Start" button to begin scanning.
  • Once scanning is complete, press "Start Sending".
  • Press "Stop" on the TouchID screen.
  • Logout to finish.
How can you print a document from your laptop at HZ?
  • Go to hz.mynetpay.nl.
  • Click "Choose File" and upload your document(s).
  • Use "Advanced Options" to select double-sided or black & white printing.
  • Select either "HZ Printer" or "HZ Plotter".
  • Go to the printer and tap your HZ pass on the TouchID scanner.
  • Select "Print" and choose the printer you sent your job to.
  • Ensure your account has enough credit to complete the print job.
  • Press "Stop" and then "Logout" when finished.
How can I buy something on the HZ web shop?
  • Visit the HZ Webshop.
  • Browse and select the item you want.
  • Click "Place Order".
  • Go to your shopping cart to review your items.
  • Click "Checkout" to complete the purchase.
What are the instructions if you want to park your car at the HZ parking lot?
  • Tap your HZ pass at the entry barrier.
  • Drive in and park your car in an available spot.
